There are three steps to getting a good rank in JEE April:
First, you need to win mentally. You need to let go of your result of January attempt and focus on what lies ahead. See the January attempt as practice, and learn what you can do better. Find out what you lack at. Develop a winner mentality. Believe that you can do better.
Second, you need to plan well. Make a list of topics you can do better, and in less time. This could be your favourite chapters, easy chapters, small chapters, etc. Have a weekly plan for yourself so that you can cover as much as you can in time. Balance them well with boards - I have written about this earlier (and on YouTube as well).
Third, you need to actually put in the time and effort. You should be very serious about your studies right now, as it is the bare minimum needed. I am sure you probably are already serious, but you should try to give more time to studies as this time matters a lot more than your class 11/12th period.
It all boils down to having a positive mindset, planning your time well, and working as hard as you can. You will likely get a good rank if you follow these steps.
