Alright, now we will start talking about JEE 2025 as well here. There are essentially three parts of your JEE prep: 1) Class 11 beginning 2) Class 11th second half 3) Class 12th. We will mostly talk about Class 11 beginning as that is where you are.
Class 11 beginning
This portion is not directly important for JEE, you will not find many questions in past year papers. But the purpose of this portion is not this, it is to 1) acquaint you with basics like mole concept, IUPAC nomenclature, Vectors, Logarithms, etc. 2) get you into the gruelling JEE problem solving mode.
If you get a backlog in these initial chapters, you will not be able to understand any further topics which will lead to a wastage of your entire class 11. This is where 95% JEE aspirants lose. You MUST focus on doing ANYTHING in your power to understand everything taught in the first 3 months of JEE prep - attend lectures regularly, take online courses, clear doubts with friends, whatever it is.
Class 11 second half
This portion is a lot harder than the first half, you will study some really difficult concepts like Centre of Mass, Rotation, General Organic Chemistry, Permutations and Combinations, etc. You will not face problems as long as your class 11th beginning is clear. 10-15% of your time should go into revision of the earlier chapter, but mostly you should make sure you don’t have any significant backlogs left before 11th is over.
You will get a nice break before class 12th to revise everything, learn any concepts you missed in first go, and practice more problems. But if there is ONE advice I will give you for Class 11, it is to ensure you don’t have ANY backlog before moving to 12th.
Class 12th
In class 12th, we will dedicate 70% time to current chapters of class 12, 30% to backlog + revision. Mainly it is about balancing 11th with 12th. We will talk more about it when we are closer to 12th.

YOUR DIE HEART FAN
I'm enrolled in an offline coaching and my maximum time of the day goes in solving the coaching material ( Modules DPP'S , HW sheets ) . I'm not getting time for reference books . Also the module has good quality question and has about 300 Question per chapter. So is it okay that I'm not doing any reference book for now or making a mistake ??
